プロモーションコードへ「ＨＳＦＥＢ」と入力しても、コードが有効ではありません。
と表示されてしまいます。
何か間違っているのでしょうか

私方は、頻繁に御社の商品を購入させていただいています。
変わらず利用できるコードをいただけないでしょうか

According to your site, it says to “use promo code HSFEB at checkout” but, even if I enter “HSFEB” for the promotion code, it says that the code is not valid.
Am I doing this correctly?
