備考: カナダのお客様から、荷物が税関を通らないという問い合わせがありました。
それにたいする返信です。

ご連絡を頂き大変驚きました。
まだお品がお手元に届いていないんですね！
すぐに追跡番号で状況を確認しましたが、
三日前にご連絡頂いた時と全く変わっていません。
念のために日本の郵便HPからも確認しましたが、
やはりバンクーバーで止まったままとなっています。

そちらからカナダの税関に問い合わせることは可能ですか？

海外販売をしている知人たちに相談をしたところ、
税関でピックアップされた荷物が、その後の引き継ぎ不足のため、
一ヶ月近く部屋のすみにつまれたままになっていたという事例を聞きました。

Would you possibly inquire to the customs in Canada from your side?

I have asked friends who exports and they told me that there's a case that the goods picked up at the customs, were left in a corner of room for nearly a month, because the case wasn't taken over properly afterwords.
