We are suing the courier company and Mr Cory. But our main focus is the sender( Mr Cory). We are suing Mr Cory for Monetary damage involved in this transaction with your company in Japan ,Total damaging the company's management,Your mental damage plus the compensation for damage goods.

Our believe is this" If the Camcorder were original and not copy, It would have being damaged during transaction because the camcorder is know for it durability and ruggedness.

My suggestion is this( We hire a private detective to dug up more dirt on Mr Cory).We are suing Mr Cory for the total sum of 79,000usd instead which includes your refund for the package.

We are entitle to commission fee of 10% once we win the case.
