商品がお客様から返品が来た場合、全て返品対応をして欲しいです。

長期的は付き合いをしていきたいです。
返品の送料をIris側で負担して欲しいです。

1. There are a lot of complaints from customers. Some complaints are like that the parts of the product were damaged. In those cases, we want to return all those items we have received from customers to you. We are hoping to buy more from now and want to do business with you for long periods.
We want you to pay return shipping cost.
