残念ながらパッケージに入っていない商品が届いたので返品します。
返品方法の詳細をお伝え下さい。


私の最初の問い合わせから2週間以上経過していますが詳細をお伝え下さい。


私はあなたからその商品を継続的に購入したいです。
まずはサンプルでの購入になりますが、１週間に４０個輸入しようと考えています。
それが良く売れれば購入数を増やし、また他の商品も購入していきたいと考えています。
しかし日本の法律の規制で手続きが必要なので教えていただきたいことがあるでしょう。

Unfortunately I received the item without the package and I would like to return it.
Please advise me how to return in detail.

It's been more than 2 weeks since my first inquiry, so I kindly ask you the detail.

I would like to purchase the item from you continuously.
I'm considering to import 40 pieces in one week, as samples to start with.
If it sells well, then I increase the number of purchase and take other items into consideration.
However, I may ask you few things as I need to go though a procedure due to the legal regulation in Japan.
