I can confirm that we have all of the items in stock that you ordered except for one – the Gram 25 in Black/Charcoal. We have some on order and they should arrive within 1 week. Do you want me to include this on the invoice and then just send it on later, or leave it off and send a separate invoice when it arrives? We will not make a separate shipping charge for sending this one item only.
If you could confirm which you would prefer, then I will send a Paypal invoice – is it to the same e-mail address?

あなたからご注文いただいた商品は、ブラック／チャコールのGram 25の1点を除いて全て在庫を持っていることを確認しました。（Gram 25は）何点か取り寄せ中であり1週間以内に入荷する予定です。これをインボイスに含めておいて後で発送しましょうか、それともそのままにして取り寄せ品が到着したときに別個のインボイスを送りましょうか？なお、当社はこの1点の商品のために送料を別途に請求することはいたしません。
