展示会で依頼したサンプルは、いつ頃手配でき ますか。 サンプルを確認して問題がなければ、 各10個 オーダーする予定です 。サンプルに関しての支払いは、送金手数料もか かるので、 製品の出荷インボイス確認後の前払 いの際に一緒にお支払いしても いいでしょう か 。また、残りの請求金額に関してできれば、 製品 入荷後の送金を希望しています。 再度、ご検討ください。

When do you think you can arrange the sample I requested at the exhibition? I will order 10 pieces each after I confirm the sample and if there's no problem. Regarding the payment for the sample, it requires remittance fee. Could I pay when I make advanced payment after I confirm the products' shipping invoice? Also, regarding the rest of the payment, I'm hoping to remit the money after I receive the products. Please reconsider it.
