1.発送はEMSを利用して行いますので、24日にあなたが注文と支払いを行えば、2月3日前後には到着する見込みです。発送に最しては保険を満額かけることが可能です。
2.フランス国内における税金については分かりませんが、ギフトとして安価な金額を記載することは可能です。ただし、この場合には保険は満額かけることができません。
3.EMSの国際スピード郵便にかかるコストは約110ドル。私はこの費用を負担します。

1. I will send the package through EMS. If you order and make a payment by 24th, you should receive the package within two to three days. It is possible to have a postal insurance on full amount.
2. I am not sure about tax regulation in France. But as long as I know it is possible to put cheap price as a gift. Please note that, if you decided to do so, you can not have a an insurance or full price.
3. The cost for the international speed delivery by EMS will be about $110. I will take care of this charge.
