It's amazing your husband is the national team's coach of Taekwondo. I bet his Taekwondo class in Coquitlam will be very popular. I haven't tried any martial arts before and am not familiar with them, but practicing martial arts is a great way to become tough both physically and mentally so I think they're worth trying. Looking back, sometimes I think "I wish I had practiced martial arts." I'm secretly thinking about making my tomboy daughters to take up Karate.
