ドラッカーは定義するだけでは意味がない。目標にしなければならないと言っています。私たちはチアリーダーだから、社会事業や福祉活動に貢献する。そして、活動場を清潔に保つことを約束します。私たちは、新しい演技にとり組みます。大学のイベントに積極的に参加することを約束します。これらをチアリーディング部の顧客への責任としWINDYSの信条とします。WINDYSの信条を後輩へのプレセントとしこれからの活動に活かしていってほしいと思います。顧客は観客だけではありません。

Drucker said that defining the thing itself is meaningless, and it has to become an objective. We are cheerleaders so we contribute to social and welfare activities, and we promise to keep the place where we perform clean. We will try new performances. We are committed to actively participate in college events. We set these as the cheerleading team’s commitment to clients and WINDYS’s Credo. We dedicate this Credo to juniors as a gift, hoping that it will help their activities in the future. Audience is not the only client we have.
