お客様は日本仕様の913Headも持っておられるのですが、そちらでは問題はないようです。取りつけ方も慣れていらっしゃるようです。はっきりとした原因は不明ですので、返品対応をしました。返品後、私の方でも検証して、改善しない場合は、返品をお願いします。

1/8に注文したS200 3-PW 15setとS200 Wedge 20本はいつ到着しますか？
在庫が残りわずかのため、急いでいただけると嬉しいです。

The client has a Japanese edition of the 913Head but that one seems to have no problem. Also, it seems the client is used to attaching the parts together. Since I could not identify the exact reason, I accepted him to return the product. After I receive the item, I will examine the problem. I would request to return the item to you if the problem continues. Is it the warranty that is provided by you?

When will we receive the 15 sets of S200 3-PW and the 20 pieces of S200 Wedge which I ordered on January 8th? As my stock is getting lower, I would appreciate if you could expedite the process.
