トウドウは新撰組八番組組長で、周りと比べて少し背が低いところが特徴です。元気で明るい性格で、千鶴とは最初の頃から仲良く接していました。
千鶴のことをとても気にかけているため、千鶴の父親探しには積極的に協力している様子が伺えます。
藤堂は新撰組の中でも原田と永倉と仲が良く、アニメの中ではよくふざけあっています。ふざけあっている場面は見ている方まで楽しい気分になります。この３人の話では、10話がお勧めです！永倉が藤堂に呼びかけて、３人一緒に戦う姿は見応えがあり、かっこいいです！
Todo is the leader of the 8th group of Shinsengumi. He is comparatively short to other fellows, but cheerful and energetic. He has also been a very good friend with Chidori since they first met.
As he so much cares for Chidori, he leads from the front to help him when he tries to find his father.
In Shinsengumi, Todo gets along especially with Harada and Nagakura. You can watch those scenes that they make fun of each other during the ANIME episodes. They are so hilarious that I am sure you love them. In addition, I love this the most among their stories; in the episode of 10, the 3 fight each other. It is really cool and worth watching!
