Each imported to Finland vehicle must pass technical inspection, before it
can be registered. One part of this inspection is verifying,, that imported
vehicle meets European Union and Finnish technical and other requirements.
This is shown by a document called Confirmation of Conformity. Often
abbreviation CoC is used. Please find attached a copy of such document
issued by German Testing Institute TUV. Car manufacturers are also
authorized to issue these certficates.
