100Vを230Vに変換する変圧器と日本のコンセントからフランスのコンセントに変換するアダプターが必要になります。
PALに関してですが、ソニーに問い合わせたところ、再生機側で1080x60iに設定出来れば再生できるとのことです。ただ保障はできませんので自己責任でお願い致します。
送料の件ですが、15ドルお値引きさせていただきます。ご検討お願いします。

The transformer which converts 100V into 230V, and an adapter that is converted for the electrical outlet of France from an electrical outlet of Japan are needed.
But with respect to PAL, when we inquired with Sony, it can be played if the machine can be set to play at 1080x60i. It's just that we cannot gaurantee so please take at your own risk.
