I went to a Japanese style BBQ restaurant with my dear junior staffs.It was a way different from a regular gathering, it was like a meeting of a rebel group.

I kept talking two hours and half
with actions, hand movements, drawings.

One of the staff told me that it was a meaningful gathering.
