申し訳ないのですが、 追加料金が高いのでサンプルオーダーはキャンセルしたいです。しかし、サンプルは展示会で必要なので2月 16日から23日の1週間貸して頂くのは可能ですか。確認ですが、先月、 間違って1件のオーダー 分をあなたに同じメールで2度ご報告してしていました。 従って先 月のオーダーは、1件のみです。

I am terribly sorry but I would like to cancel sample order, as the additional charge is high. However, could I borrow samples during the exhibition for one week, February 16th to 23rd ? I would also like to confirm that last month I have sent you e-mail twice regarding to the same order by mistake, thus I have only made you order once last month.
