これはひどいですね。

16個の内、11個が破損しているとのことですが、

可能であれば、

その破損している16個の写真と、
問題のない残りの5個の写真をそれぞれ撮ってメールで
送ってください。

それと、USPSのラベルもぐしゃぐしゃになって、私宛に送られてきてるか
どうかわからない状態とのことですが、

それでも、ラベルの状態を確認したいので
写真を撮って送ってください。

私宛というのが確認できないとしても、どこから送られてきてるのかでも
分かれば、セラーに証明できるからです。

宜しくお願いします。

Terrible indeed.
You said that 11 out of 16 were damaged. Can you send photos of all the 16 packages and the 5 packages not damaged via mail?

You said you could not tell whether the packages were sent to me because the USPS labels were heavily damaged. Even so, will you send me photos of the labels because I want to confirm the damage to the label?

It may be difficult to know if the packages were sent to me but such photos can be the evidence to the seller as long as they show where they were from.
