これはひどいですね。

16個の内、11個が破損しているとのことですが、

可能であれば、

その破損している16個の写真と、
問題のない残りの5個の写真をそれぞれ撮ってメールで
送ってください。

それと、USPSのラベルもぐしゃぐしゃになって、私宛に送られてきてるか
どうかわからない状態とのことですが、

それでも、ラベルの状態を確認したいので
写真を撮って送ってください。

私宛というのが確認できないとしても、どこから送られてきてるのかでも
分かれば、セラーに証明できるからです。

You told me that 11 of the 16 items are heavily damaged. If possible, I would like you to send me the photos of the 16 items, including the photos of the 5 remaining good items.

Also, you said the USPS label was damaged, and you didn't know if it was addressed to me. Please send the photo of the label as well, as I would like to check its condition.

Even though you can't tell whether or not it is addressed to me, I want to prove it to the seller that they shipped it to me.
