来年１月より源泉徴収の税率がこれまでの２０％から２０．４２％になりました。増加分は、復興特別税ということで震災の復興支援のために使用されることになります。来年から２５年間続きます。よろしくお願いします。

Starting from January 2013, the tax withholding rate will go up from 20% to 20.42%. The increased amount will be used for the reconstruction efforts as a special recovery tax. It will last for 25 years starting from next year. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
