この件について前回からお返事がないので、不安に思っています。
年末で通常より遅れているとは思いますが、御社以外からの最近の書留便は全て20日以内に届いていますので疑問に感じています。
私は顧客にも十分な状況説明ができず、とても困っています。
御社へのオーダーは今後も２倍３倍と大幅に増やしていく予定です。
そして今迄同様、スムーズな取引ができれば幸いです。
本件について、迅速にサポートして頂きます様お願い致します。

I feel anxiety not receiving your replay since the last time I contacted you.
I assume It has slight delay due to the end of the year. Yet, it make me question because other Registered delivery services I used had been delivered within 20 days.
I feel perplex as I can not explain to my customers the situation well enough.
I would like to increase the amount of order to your company twice, or three times more, in the future.
Also, I wish to have smooth trades as we have before.
Please support me rapidly regarding this issue.
