My deepest apologies but there is some problem with shipping your item and purchasing a label online. Evidently for some reason we are no longer able to purchase a label through ebay that is going to Japan. Due to this problem, your item will have a couple of day delay in shipping and their will not be tracking information unless you want to pay a higher shipping cost. I am sorry but I have no control over this. Thank you. Gloria

大変申し訳ございませんが、お客様が注文された商品の発送とオンラインでラベル購入をすることにおいて、問題が発生しました。何らかの理由によって、ebay経由で日本宛のラベルを購入することができなくなりました。この問題により、お客様が注文された商品の発送に数日間遅れが発生し、追加の送料を支払って頂かない限り、追跡情報を提供することができなくなりました。大変申し訳ございませんが、この問題に対して何も対処することができません。以上、よろしくお願い致します。 グローリア
