備考: 輸入製造元との来期売上目標額（ロイヤリティー絡み）の設定交渉が難航し、低価格での提示をした当方に対し、2013年の売上目標がそんなに低いなら、2013年は受けてあげるが、2014年以降は当方との関係性を見直さなければ（契約解除？）ならないと通告されました。
先方の提示は10万ドル、当方は5万ドルで交渉しました。
それに対する返答なので、スマートで丁寧な文章に訳していただけますと幸いです。
