発送の連絡が遅くなったことをお詫びいたします。

We apologise for the late notice regarding the shipment of the product.
The item was sent by airmail approximately 20 hours ago and the expected arrival date will be between 7~10 days.

Therefore, please understand that this will become a refund or return of product instead of cancellation of an order.

1. After the customer receives the item, he/she shall return the item to us sealed (i.e by UPS).

2. After we have received the item, we will process a refund immediately.
