I understand the reason why you couldn't start working on it at first but I think it's rude not to tell me the progress.
If you cannot complete it by the due date you should contact me. Also, you should explain the reason of delay.
Monday is the final due. Please let me know if you can send me the program by Monday immediately.
If you cannot provide me with the program by Monday I would like all of the deposit refunded.
