国家技能検定1級表装技能士とは、国家技能検定の表装に関しての技術を一級レベル程に持ち合わせているものに与えられる国からもらう称号です。
もう少し詳しく説明すると、国家技能検定とは、厚生労働省が職業能力開発促進法に基づき実施する国家検定制度であり、 現在百数十職種に細分化された区分ごとに検定がおこなわれており、特級、一級及び単一等級、二級、三級の等級があります。
