- if there is any reasonable cause such as difficulties relating to the equipment; or
- if Office reasonably determines it necessary.
2. Members agree that Office shall not be liable for any damages caused to Members or third party due to the delay, interruption or suspension of the services under any circumstances including the cases under preceding paragraph 1.
3. Office may at its decision change, interrupt or suspend the services without giving prior notice. In this case, too, Office shall not be liable for any damages caused to Members or third parties in the same manner with the preceding paragraph 2.
