備考: 通信販売で商品を購入したカナダのお客さまからの商品配達遅延、商品故障のクレームがあり、それに対する返事です。

お届けが遅れましたこと、たいへん申し訳ありませんでした。
2週間程度で到着する予定でしたが、カナダ国内への通関検査で5日以上の日数を要し、お届けが遅れてしまったようです。

弊社は、新品をお届けしたと認識しております。輸送または、通関検査時に商品に故障が発生した可能性がございます。
スクラッチ、故障箇所の写真をお送りください。弊社で確認できましたら、送料を含めた弁償を検討いたします。

We are very sorry that the delivery was late.
it was scheduled to arrive within around 2 weeks, but it took more than 5 days for custom clearance to Canada domestically, and that's why delivery was delayed.

We acknowledge that we delivered brandnew items. Defects might have been caused during transportation or at the time of custom clearance. Please send us the phots of scractches and defects. As soon as we confirm them, we consider compensation including shipping fee.
