備考: 通信販売で商品を購入したカナダのお客さまからの商品配達遅延、商品故障のクレームがあり、それに対する返事です。

お届けが遅れましたこと、たいへん申し訳ありませんでした。
2週間程度で到着する予定でしたが、カナダ国内への通関検査で5日以上の日数を要し、お届けが遅れてしまったようです。

弊社は、新品をお届けしたと認識しております。輸送または、通関検査時に商品に故障が発生した可能性がございます。
スクラッチ、故障箇所の写真をお送りください。弊社で確認できましたら、送料を含めた弁償を検討いたします。

I am very sorry than the delivery was delayed.
It was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks, but it took more than 5 days to clear customs inspections in Canada and became delayed.

We are sure that we delivered a new item. There is a possibility that the item incurred damaged in transit or when passing through customs inspections.
Please send photos of scratched or broken parts. If our company is able confirm these, we will look into providing a full refund including postage fees.
