第2条 利用料金と購入にあたっての同意事項
会員は1コイン当り1500円を事務局に自らのクレジットカードを用いて支払う。
この金額は予告無く変更される場合がある。サイト上の標記と規約との差異がある場合には、
サイト上の標記を正しい金額として扱うことに同意する。
また会員は身分証明書をサイトに提出することに同意する。
提出がない場合にはコインを購入することは出来ない。
また事務局が必要だと判断した場合には電話番号による認証を求める場合がある。

Article 2. Fees and Agreement on Purchase
Members shall pay 1,500 yen per coin using their own credit card. This amount of fee may be changed without prior notice to Members. If there is difference between the fees as shown on this website and the fees shown on the bylaw of the Office, Members agree that the fees shown on this website shall be the currently correct fee amount.
Members also agree to submit identification document to this website.
Where no identification document is submitted, coins cannot be purchased.
Office may require confirmation of Members identification by their telephone numbers if Office decides such confirmation is necessary.
