私がA社を選ぶ理由は三つあります。
一つは経済のダイナミクスと言う変化と常に隣り合わせの環境に身を置けることです。若いうちから大きな責任を任され、自己成長・結果に対する金銭的対価が望めるだけで無く、社会に貢献できる点でこれ以上魅力的な職場は無いと考える。
二つ目はチームでも個人でも最高の結果を出すことに妥協しない文化がある事、です。また、他社のインターンを通して、投資銀行業務が楽しく、絶対この業界で働きたい、と思ったことです。

There are three reasons why I choose Company A.
First of all, this firm allows me to place myself in an environment where I can always be close to dynamic changes. While I am still young, the company entrusts me with with great responsibility. Not only can I hope for monetary consideration that matches self-growth as a result, but also I can make contributions to society. In that regard, there is no more attractive workplace than this. Secondly, there is a corporate culture that does not allow compromise in seeking the best results, whether as an individual or a team. Also, through internship with other companies, I felt absolutely certain that I wanted to work in this industry because investment banking was such a fun.
