私がA社を選ぶ理由は三つあります。
一つは経済のダイナミクスと言う変化と常に隣り合わせの環境に身を置けることです。若いうちから大きな責任を任され、自己成長・結果に対する金銭的対価が望めるだけで無く、社会に貢献できる点でこれ以上魅力的な職場は無いと考える。
二つ目はチームでも個人でも最高の結果を出すことに妥協しない文化がある事、です。また、他社のインターンを通して、投資銀行業務が楽しく、絶対この業界で働きたい、と思ったことです。

There is three reason why I chose A.

First of all, I can constantly put myself in economic dynamics. I can't think of anything more attractive than taking responsibility while I am young, not just waiting to get paid by results. Secondly, I admire that A has this company value of pursuing the best result no matter what. And lastly, by my experience as an intern of similar industry, I find the work of investment bank fascinating and it made me want to work in the industry so much.
