代金は11月4日にPaypalで支払いました。
eBayで支払い済みのマークも付いています。

Paypalによる支払い代金の保留が解除されるのは、
商品の配達が確認された後だと思います。

eBayの出品に関して、慣れない点もあり大変だと思います。
しかし支払い完了からすでに一週間以上経っています。
できる限り早く商品を発送して下さい。


支払い完了後、
出品者に何度か発送を依頼しましたが、
商品の発送をしてもらえません。


支払いが遅くなってしまい、申し訳ありません。
お取り引きよろしくお願いします。

The payment is done on November 4th.
On eBay, there is "already paid" mark, too.

I think that pending of paid money will be released after confirmation of delivery of item.

You may have not accustomed to exhibition on eBay and having hard time, but it's already been a week from accomplishment of payment.
Please ship the item as soon as possible.

After the payment completed, I asked the exhibitor to ship, but it's not done.
