関税や手数料は、品物を受け取る側に、支払う義務が有ります。

関税や手数料について、本当に合っているのか、間違えてないか、
アナタが直接、イギリスの運送会社と税関に問い合わせしてもらうしか方法がありません。
私の方では、返品や返金には応じますが、他に手段がございません。
どうしても納得できないのであれば、返品してださい。
品物が到着してから一週間以内に返金します。

I never forget to pay 2300 yen when delivering. So the products must be shipped.

There is obligation to pay the custom duty or charge when recieving products.
There is no choice but to ask the deliverly company in England directly if the custom duty and charge for it is correct.

I can't repay or allow you to send the products back to me and I can do nothing.
If you definitely can't accept it, plese send them back to me.
I will repay within a week after recieving the products.
