アナタが直接、イギリスの運送会社と税関に問い合わせしてもらうしか方法がありません。
私の方では、返品や返金には応じますが、他に手段がございません。
どうしても納得できないのであれば、返品してださい。
品物が到着してから一週間以内に返金します。
