We are sorry to hear that, it was posted on 12-10 with reference number is rj+++++++GB and we checked with royal mail which showed that it was tried to delivery on 03-11 , we think the post man will left a card in your address and you will need to call them or pick up in your local post office, could you pick it up asap to avoid it send it back to me please?

それを聞いて残念です。荷物は10月12日に発送され、トラッキングナンバーはrj+++++++GBです。英国郵便に問い合わせをした所、11月3日に配達は完了したそうです。郵便局員が不在届を置いたと思うので、郵便局に電話をするか受け取りに行く必要があると思います。返送されることを避けるため、できるだけ早く受け取りに行っていただけますか？
