We are sorry to hear that, it was posted on 12-10 with reference number is rj+++++++GB and we checked with royal mail which showed that it was tried to delivery on 03-11 , we think the post man will left a card in your address and you will need to call them or pick up in your local post office, could you pick it up asap to avoid it send it back to me please?

それは残念なことですね。参照12-10 で投書されたrj+++++++GB 番のものですが、丹念にメールをお調べしたところ、３日から１１日に発送されるべきものだと判明しました。郵便配達人がご自宅にメモを残し、お近くの郵便局へご連絡しお受け取り下さいますようにお願いいたします。返送を避けるため、できるだけ早急にお手続きをお願い致します。
