Please note that while REVOLVEclothing does not usually cover shipping costs for returns for international orders, since this was of no fault through your own, we would be happy to pay the shipping costs back up to $30. Please email us ([e-mail]) or fax us (714-459-7488) a copy of your return shipping receipt.Once we receive the fax or email we will go ahead and refund your credit card. I have placed the item on hold for you for exchange. If you would like the item sooner, I would recommend placing a new order for the item and once your return merchandise arrives, we can issue a full refund back onto the card. Please make sure to include your invoice or invoice number in the return package.
