購入した商品がまったく動きませんでした。

説明文には新品で不良品とは記載していませんでした。
また箱有りと書かれているのに、箱のふたはなく、中身が見えた状態で届きました。

返品するので返金してほしいとメールをすると、14日以内ではないので無理だと言われました。

ただ、説明文の記載と違うのであきらかにおかしいと思います。

私は早く返金してほしい。

The product I purchased did not work at all.

It wasn't described in the description that the new product is defective.

Though it's written that there is a box, the box doesn't have a lid and received the product where it's obviously seen.

When I E-mailed you because I wanted a refund, I was told that it's impossible because it's not within 14 days.

I think It's different from the one mentioned in the explanation, so it's really strange.

I want a refund as soon as possible.
