9月19日に注文したorder6589461284210がPayPalの方では未だに「処理中」という形になっております。

クレジットカードの方はキャンセルという形で処理されていますがPayPalでは「処理中」になっています。

今後この「処理中」というものを解除しないと私自身支障を来してしまいます。

この解除はショップの方でないと「処理中」を解除できないとPayPal側から説明がありました。

早めにこの「処理中」というものを消していただけるとありがたいです。
よろしくお願いします。

The order, order6589461284210, which was placed on 19th of Sep. was still indicated to be "In process" on Paypal.

For the credit card, it has been dealt to be "Cancel", but still to be "In process" on Paypal.

If the sign of "In process" has not been removed, it will bring me trouble in future.

Paypal has explained to me that it has to be removed by the store.

It is much appreciated if you can remove it for me as early as possible.
