10日の休演日に、メンバー全員と今後のイベントの打合せとパッケージ用の写真撮影を是非行いたいと考えてますが、○日午後から夕方頃までのメンバーのスケジュールはいかがでしょうか？もし調整可能でしたら、今のところ午後からスタジオで撮影して、終了後今回のイベントスタッフと打合せができればと考えています。撮影、打合せあわせて5時間いただけるとありがたいです。いかがでしょうか？

I would like to have a meeting for our future events and do photo shooting for the package with our entire member on the 10th, when we do not have performance. I would like to see the members' availability on X day from afternoon to evening. If everyone can make it, I am planning to do photo shooting in the studio and have a meeting with event staff after that. It would be greatly appreciated if you can spare 5 hours for the photo shooting and meeting. What do you think?
