I am a Japanese that reside in Japan.
I would like to import products of ITAR (telescope sights which are attached to guns) and sell it in Japan.
What are the necessary procedures in order to be able to sell it in Japan?
If I receive consent from the online shop where it is originally purchased (unrelated to me), will I be able to import it and sell it in the country?
