UPSのホームページにてトラッキングナンバー＊＊＊を確認しますと９月２１日には届いてるとのことですが、”My Packages”の画面には表示されておりません。実際届いているかご確認いただけますか？届いているのであれば画面に反映させてくださいませ。

When I confirmed the tracking number *** on the UPS homepage, it was supposed to arrive on September 21 but the "My Packages" screen in currently not displayed. Can you verify if it arrived? Please display on the screen if it already arrived.
