UPSのホームページにてトラッキングナンバー＊＊＊を確認しますと９月２１日には届いてるとのことですが、”My Packages”の画面には表示されておりません。実際届いているかご確認いただけますか？届いているのであれば画面に反映させてくださいませ。

先日させていただきました＊＊と申します。Tracking number: ＊＊＊を確認しますと、データなしとなっていますが、

I checked the tracking number ＊＊＊ on UPS homepage and found it's arrived on 9/21, however, it didn't show in "My Packages" page.
I have no idea whether it's really arrived or not? If it's arrived, I hope it shows in the webpage.
