今、週に1回だけ大学へ行っている。今週の火曜日に行ってきたら、新学期が始まったばかりなので、キャンパスにはたくさんの学生がいた。キャンパスを見渡して驚くのは海外からの留学生がとても増えたことだ。特に中国と韓国からの留学生が多いので、見た目は日本人と区別つかないけど、そこら中で中国語や韓国語が聞こえてくる。僕が学生だった10年前との違いに驚かされる。

Right now I go to college only once a week. When I went this Tuesday, the new term had just begun, so there were lots of students on campus. When I looked around campus, I was suprised to see that the number of students from overseas had greatly increased. There are especially many students from China and Korea, and although I can't distinguish their appearance from Japanese students, I hear Chinese and Korean being spoken all over the place. I was very surprised by the differences from when I was a student 10 years ago.
