の意味は、往復チケットを買って往路を無視して復路で日本から飛び、帰りの片道チケットを別途買うということです。

こうした方が安い可能性があり、このような問い合わせになります。

航空券のお問い合わせです。日本からタイのプーケットへの安い往復チケットを探しております。旅程に関して、行きは2012年12/30の深夜日本（成田か羽田）発、帰りは2013年1/3の午前プーケット発で考えております。

行きは12/30の23:00以降の便でなるべく早くプーケットに到着したいです。30日が難しい場合、翌日31日のなるべく早い便で候補を教えて頂けますか?

Inquiry about air tickets

I am looking for a reasonable round air ticket from Japan to Thailand. To Thailand, I would like the one departs midnight from either Narita or Haneda to Phuket on December 30th, 2012. And for the way back the one departs from Phuket in the morning of January 3rd 2013.
To Phuket, I prefer the flight departing after 23:00 on that day and arriving there as fast as possible. If there is no flight available on that condition, could you please give me some options of early flights on December 31st?

It could be a combination of using only inbound flight of the round trip ticket from Thailand and one way ticket from Thailand to Japan.
