Paypalから支払をしようと思ったのですが
Paypalでは10月から個人情報の確認が再度必要とされているらしく支払ができません。
この個人情報の確認を完了させてまた再度Paypalを使えるようになるまで
約1週間ほど時間がかかりそうです。
申し訳ありませんが、その間支払を待ってはいただけませんでしょうか。

I tried to pay using paypay but it seems that it is necessary to re verify the personal information starting October, that is why I cannot conduct payment.
