ご連絡ありがとうございます。当方以前も同様にガラスパネルが割れており、UPSが調査をしに来たのですが、UPSは商品を持ち帰るのが原則だということでした。また、調査時間がものすごく長く大変な目に遭いました。
当方の希望は200$の一部返金をお願いしたいのですが、おそらくUPSだとものすごい時間がかかります。
当方は、あまりに時間がかかりすぎるのでUPSに商品をあずけたくはありません。
できれば修理代200$をPAYPALにて先にご返金いただくことはできないのでしょうか？

Thank you for your response. I've had a broken glass panel before and UPS came to inspect. They told me that their policy is to bring back the item. It also takes really long time to inspect.
I'd like to receive a partial return of $200 but I think it'd be too time consuming with UPS.
I'd prefer not to give the item to UPS to avoid the wait.
Can you possibly pay me $200 through paypal for repair?
