paypalから”unconfirmed”の件について回答がありました。
アメリカ、カナダ、イギリス以外のユーザーはすべて”unconfirmed”と表示されるそうです。
以前の私のアカウントで”confirmed”と表示されていたのは、paypalのシステムエラーだそうです。
問題は解決していますので、次の支払いはあなたの都合のいい方で結構です。

I received a reply from PayPal, regarding the "unconfirmed" status.
They have told me that everyone who does not reside in the US, Canada, or UK will be displayed as "unconfirmed".
The "confirmed" status displayed on my account before, happens to be caused by PayPal system error.
The problem is solved now, so you can choose the payment procedure you prefer, for the next payment.
