I can understand easy English only.
I am kind of understanding what you are saying.
On the other day, I had to file to PayPal an identity verification document which has same name and address with my drivers license .
You are confused because the shipping address is shown in Japanese, aren't you?
If that is the problem, I will request PayPal to back to English as before.
