時計を買ったのですが、壊れていました。
返金してほしいと言ったところ、販売者が時計を返送すれば返金しますと言ってきました。
しかし、私が返送先の住所を教えてほしいと連絡をいれたのですが、その時から連絡を返してこなくなりました。
一週間ほど連絡もありません。
私は送料を販売者負担で返送したいと思っています。
しかし、連絡が取れないのでどうしようもありません。
とにかく返金してほしいです。
助けてください。よろしくお願いします。

I purchased a watch, but it was broken.
I claimed for a refund, and the seller told me that they will refund if I return the watch.
However, I replied asking them to let me know the return address but they haven't replied since.
I haven't heard from them for about a week.
I would like to return the item, shipping fee on their responsibility.
However, nothing can be done as I cannot take contacts.
I just want a refund.
